How do I get an offer?
Send your item details and photos through our sell form or WhatsApp. We review personally and may ask for further details or an inspection. There is no automatic or guaranteed valuation.
What does “friendly rates” mean?
It describes our approach to pricing goods and making offers. It does not mean loan interest or lending rates.
Can I buy through this website?
Browse genuine individual listings and enquire about availability. There is no checkout or payment form. We agree the condition, price, collection or delivery and applicable terms before you decide to buy. Category photographs are illustrative.
Where are you based?
Mansfield, serving the surrounding areas. Appointments, collection and sourcing are by arrangement. Please contact us before travelling.
Can I part-exchange an item?
Tell us what you have and what you’re looking for. We assess both items and discuss any price difference. All part exchanges are subject to assessment and agreement.
How old do I need to be to sell?
Sellers must be 18 or over. We ask for identification and proof of ownership when proceeding. Do not upload identity documents to the public form.
Do you offer pawn loans?
No. VGN Trader does not offer pawnbroking, loans or credit. Any future regulated service would require the relevant authorisation first.
What about returns?
Consumer rights apply to qualifying sales, including pre-owned goods. Most distance purchases have a 14-day cancellation period. See our returns information.
