Business information
Terms of business.
Clear enquiries and agreements. Updated 27 October 2026.
1. Operator
Daniel Robinson, sole trader trading as VGN Trader, part of VGN ONE. Business correspondence: 7 Talbot Street, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG18 4AG, United Kingdom. Email: business@vgnone.com. Phone/WhatsApp: 07522 649373. Appointments only; no walk-in access.
2. Website enquiries
This website accepts enquiries and displays individually listed stock. Submitting a form is not an order, acceptance of an offer, booking or payment. We do not collect payment-card details here. Editorial category images do not show stock available for purchase.
3. Buying and selling goods
We confirm the item, condition, total price, payment method, delivery or collection arrangements and applicable terms in writing before a transaction is agreed. Any delivery cost is disclosed before acceptance. Availability is subject to confirmation. Inspection or authenticity checks may be needed before a buying offer is final.
Descriptions and condition notes must be accurate. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights. See returns and cancellation.
4. Selling to us and part exchange
You must be 18 or over and entitled to sell the item. Tell us about faults, finance, activation locks and missing accessories. We may ask for identification and ownership evidence, and decline goods we cannot verify. We agree both item values and any difference before a part exchange. No fees are charged merely for submitting an enquiry.
5. Pricing language
“Friendly rates” refers to goods pricing and offers. It does not refer to credit interest. No automatic valuation or guaranteed purchase price is promised.
6. Vehicles and regulated services
Vehicle enquiries are reviewed case by case. No test drive, vehicle purchase or sourcing contract is agreed by submitting the form. We do not offer pawnbroking, loans, credit applications or loans secured against goods. No FCA authorisation or financial-service permission is claimed.
7. Concerns and governing law
Contact Daniel with your item or enquiry reference if there is a problem. See our complaints information. The law of England and Wales applies, without removing any mandatory consumer protections or rights to use courts available where you live.
